Enlarged Right side of my heart

I have had 4blockages removed in a triple bypass. Now the right side is enlarged and I have a leak in a ventricle in 2 spots. My valve doesn't open and close like it should. So therefore I am winded easily. On lots of medicine. Xarelto,lasix,metropol,Jardiance.

  1. An enlarged right side of the coronary heart (proper atrial/ventricular expansion)
    capacity the higher or lower right chamber is larger, generally from more paintings because of high stress within the lungs (pulmonary hypertension), severe lung ailment (COPD), or valve problems, causing the coronary heart muscle to thicken or chambers to stretch because it struggles to pump blood to the lungs
